Calendar Setup

SETUP INSTRUCTIONS TO USE CALENDARS ON YOUR ELECTRONIC DEVICES

The following calendars are available for use with Android or Apple devices

  • Thursday morning meetings
  • Part 1 Teaching sessions
  • Part 2 Teaching sessions

These should provide the following functions:

1 - Add the calendars to your iphone/Macbook/Android device so that the events are visible on your normal calendar

2 - only show the sessions of interest to you - If you only want to see the Thursday am meetings and are not interested in Part 1 or 2 teaching, then you only need to add or display that calendar

3 - Real time update to events and meetings when they are updated on the central calendar account - no need for constant updates on the various changes

4 - Ability for multiple people involved in teaching/organizing to add/change/remove details on relevant calendars, with real time updates to all interested parties

5 - Manually delete any individual sessions on your calendar if required

6 - remove or hide the calendars at any time on your devices

Read the instruction below for your relevant device
